Authentische NY-Bagels zu backen ist nicht einfach. Die Rezepte und Prozesse wurden in den letzten 10 Jahren immer wieder angepasst und verbessert. Gleichzeitig produzieren wir amerikanische Süssgebäcke, deren Rezepte Mitgründer Martin während seiner 18-monatigen Anstellung als Konditor in den USA nach Hause geschmuggelt hat. Seit 2012 beliefern wir Wiederverkäufer wie Restaurants, Bistros und Cafés, aber auch Bäckereien und Hotels in der ganzen Schweiz mit unseren Bagels und Sweets.

Do you work for a restaurant or bakery and would like to add bagels to your range? Or are you not satisfied with the current bagels at your business? We'd be happy to send you free samples by mail. Send us an email with your request and delivery address. (Not available for private customers)

GASTRO DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Order

Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance on this online platform. We may need longer for the delivery of sweets. The boxes of bagels can be mixed with a maximum of 2 different varieties. There must always be whole boxes. The bagels can also be ordered pre-cut horizontally. Delivery is free for orders of 5 or more boxes. We have 3 different price categories. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery/pick up

We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. The delivery time can only be selected to a limited extent. The minimum order quantity is one box. The products are delivered frozen. Mountain regions cannot be delivered to on certain days. Orders can be picked up during the week at our production site in Birmenstorf AG near Baden until 3 p.m.

Product Info

Our products are fully baked and delivered frozen. We recommend toasting the bagels before topping or baking them for 3 minutes at 200°C. The bagels can be stored in an airtight container for at least 3 months at -18°C. Always close open bags with clamps to avoid freezer burn.
