General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Bagelboys GmbH

 

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Bagelboys
GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and customers in connection with restaurant
visits and catering services.

 

2. Reservations and orders

Reservations and orders are binding once they have been confirmed by the provider.
Changes should be communicated as early as possible, at the latest 1 day before
delivery or 2 hours before the table reservation.

 

3. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. In the B2B sector, VAT is excluded.
Payment is made as agreed, e.g. on site, by invoice, or by credit card.

 

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 1 day before the event (delivery). For later
cancellations, cancellation fees of 100% of the order value may apply.

 

5. Services

The provider undertakes to provide the agreed services on time and in the agreed quality.
Changes to the menu or the number of participants must be communicated as early
as possible.

 

6. Liability

The provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent
breach of its obligations. The provider shall not be liable for damages caused by guests,
e.g. insufficient cooling of food.

 

7. Guest behavior

Guests are asked to respect the house rules, especially with regard to quiet,
cleanliness, and safety.

 

8. Data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for processing the order
or reservation.

 

9. Final provisions

Amendments to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. Should individual
provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
